Redskins Hopeful Albert Haynesworth Can Be A Productive Member Of Team

  1. General Manager Bruce Allen remains hopeful that defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth can still be a productive member of the Redskins. The only thing that Haynesworth could possibly still contribute for the Redskins is a potential draft pick they could get for trading him. There's simply no way he'll be back in Washington next season. If they're unable to find a trade partner, Haynesworth will be released.

  3. They can release players without a new CBA I believe but they can't trade players....only draft picks.
