Redskins RB Clinton Portis, who missed his fourth game in a row Sunday against New Orleans with a concussion, is in Pittsburgh again with a trainer for more concussion-related tests Monday and Tuesday. He is scheduled to return Tuesday night. At that point, the Redskins will make a decision on his availability or possible placement on the injured reserve list.
