Redskins re-signed quarterback Rex Grossman to a one-year contract. He'll enter a camp battle with John Beck, a competition undoubtedly skewered toward the latter by the coaching staff. Grossman, 31, knows the system and posted a 7:4 touchdown-to-interception ratio in place of a benched Donovan McNabb last year. That doesn't mean the light has flipped on for Grossman, though. He remains a turnover or game-costing error waiting to happen and lacks on-field confidence. Source: Rich Campbell: Twitter.com
