Redskins tight end Chris Cooley is scheduled to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery Monday, he said after Sunday's game. Cooley had five receptions 53 yards in Washington's 17-14 loss to the New York Giants at FedEx Field. He finished the season with 77 catches for 849 yards (a 11.0-yard average) and three touchdowns. The seven-year veteran finished six catches short of his personal-best total set during the 2008 season. Cooley matched his career-high in yardage, also established during '08.
