Redskins WR Malcolm Kelly Participates At OTA's

    The Washington Post is reporting that Redskins wide receiver Malcolm Kelly participated in the team's OTAs on Monday. Kelly is returning from offseason microfracture surgery on his knee. Kelly was making cuts and running routes today, and he believes that his knee is good to go.
