Packers head coach Mike McCarthy mentioned that WR Greg Jennings re-injured his groin during the early portion of Sunday’s win over the Saints. McCarthy added that Jennings “could not open up into a full stride,†which ultimately forced him to sit out the remainder of the game. “We’re back where we were a couple weeks ago,†said McCarthy of Jennings’ current status, per Tyler Dunne. James Jones put together a very solid effort on Sunday, so both he and Randall Cobb figure to see more playing time while Jennings is out. The Packers may end up sitting Jennings until his injury is close to 100 percent, rather risk any further damage. Source: NFL Trade Rumors
