The Raiders waived injured fullback James McCluskey and re-signed undrafted free agent defensive tackle Derrick Hill. Not sure what went into this move, other than the Raiders think Hill has a chance to help out down the road. Hill was released Tuesday as part of the Raiders getting down to 80 players. Hill likely will be released later today, when the Raiders get to 53 players. If so, he appears to be a candidate to be signed to the team’s practice squad Sunday. Source: Oakland Tribune
