I do not have HDNet.....they took down ROHBrazil....so now one has to other means. I want to check out Ring Of Honor. Is the hype worth it? What's the deal with ROH?
I watch ROH, even seen it live. The wrestling is great,promos are good. Its very marketable, and thats what they have trouble doing. I would rather watch ROH than TNA and even WWE(Depending on how I feel). You should check it out, if you need links PM me.
ROH is more of my cup of tea over WWE and TNA now of days. ROH is having their 9th Anniversary show tomorrow night in Chicago Ridge, Illinois which is also ROH's next ippv. I'm going to that and I can't wait.
Nice! I love their tag team division. To me it's hands down the best out there. Kings of Wrestling, The Briscoes, All Night Express, Hass and Benjamin....all those can go in the ring. The talent that has been through ROH is pretty impressive too. It's just too damn bad they are losing the HDNet deal. Not having TV is a huge loss for a company that was really gaining some momentum.
RUH ROH - Scooby Doo. Seriously though how in the hell can this be any better the the WWE? It's all the same crap.

Very different style to WWE in that the focus is all on the ring abilities of the guys and is generally a much more serious product in comparison to the "entertainment" orientation that WWE and TNA is focused on.
If you buy an ROH dvd and watch it, you'll see the difference. ROH doesn't use half of their show time for promos and bakstage skits. They also take tag team wrestling a lot more seriously then WWE.
I can't wait for the tag team matches ROH has booked for tonight. Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin Wow! Need I say more? ROH World Tag Team Title Match Kings Of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli) defend against The All Night Express (Rhett Titus & Kenny King) In the video wire a few days ago, they had the KOW cut a promo where they are pretty much sleeping on the ANE. I see the KOW retaining here but the ANE give the champs a run for their money. WWE's tag team division (if thats what anyone wants to call it) doesn't have crap on ROH.
