It appears that the tension between NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and NFL Players Association executive director DeMaurice Smith is ramping up in a big way. Smith spoke with ESPN on Thursday and yelled at Goodell and the NFL as a whole for having a double standard when it comes to punishments. The case that Smith is bringing up in particular is Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, who has been charged with two misdemeanor offenses that happened in March. Smith wants justice to be served.
