After his breakout year in 2010, Saints FS Malcolm Jenkins, a third-year veteran, could take another step toward stardom in '11. Count Saints SS Roman Harper among those who are optimistic about Jenkins' potential. "Malcolm's going to be a big-time player for us," Harper said. "He's got all the skills. He wants to be great. Just has to continue to put in the time and it's going to come. He's extremely talented. He can run. He can do everything. Malcolm only knows one speed, and that's full speed. He's going to give it his all at everything he does. That's why he's going to be successful." Source: Pro Football Weekly
That's what we need. Young, talented..superstar players on that defense. The offense is loaded. The question mark is always with the defense.
One good year doesn't make you a stud. He's got potential, he just needs to use it every year. Every week.
i knew he wasnt gonna make it at corner, im glad they decided to put him at FS now rather than later though because he could end up being boss there.
Yeah. He can be the compliment to Roman Harper (as long as we get him re-signe) that is needed at the safety position. Roman as a run stopper, Malcolm to get help over the top in passing. A nice start there, and we have decent corners, we just need a shut down corner especially with Julio and White in Atlanta..
i love greer and porter....and patrick robinson should improve...he was a first round physical talent but a 4th round CB, i dont think he should have played at all last year but hes still got a very high ceiling
I love Porter. Greer, i'm still not sure about. And, as far as Robinson goes, I hope he improves..or that's a wasted pick.
