Cardinals assistant coach Russ Grimm is hoping to have a legit shot at becoming a head coach next season. He's hoping to get interviews in Buffalo and Washington, where he was star with the Redskins. Grimm was a finalist for the Steelers head coaching job when Bill Cowher stepped down but was passed over for Mike Tomlin.

I've listened to Russ quite a bit on local radio, and he seems like a stand up guy. He's done a great job in Wisenhunt's system.
