Ryan Lilja came out of retirement to sign with the Denver Broncos and reunite with Peyton Manning in search of a second Super Bowl ring. The reunion was short-lived and didn't end happily as the Broncos have cut the veteran offensive lineman, NFL.com Ian Rapoport reported Saturday. The team later confirmed the transaction. Lilja joined the Broncos after the team's two starting center options -- J.D. Walton and Dan Koppen -- had their seasons ended by injury.
