Saints coach Sean Payton on Friday ruled out defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis and receiver Lance Moore for the game against the Rams. Ellis has a sprained right knee and Moore a left ankle injury. Both Ellis and Moore missed last week's game as well. Source: Associated Press
