Dan Morgan, 30, is trying to make a comeback in New Orleans after giving up his body and soul for seven seasons with the Carolina Panthers. The injury-riddled former Pro Bowl middle linebacker's career has been marred by numerous concussions, a broken leg, pulled hamstring, a chronic bum shoulder and partially torn Achilles tendon.

I think it is more a question of him being around AGAIN

He signed with Saints last off season, and then retired 2 months later before playing in a single game. At the time he had family trouble and had some lingering injuries. Well a year off gave him time to recuperate, and a few months ago he contacted the Saints, saying he wanted to un-retire.

Everything we've been hearing about him so far has been great, but I wouldn't be surprised if he chose to retire again if he feels his body is not up to it. If healthy though, he will be a major improvement to the Saints Defense
