The New Orleans Saints are looking to replace tailback Lynell Hamilton, who was waived/injured on Saturday after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee Wednesday. "We are currently looking," Coach Payton said. "It's not something that we decided we are going to wait on. The question is can we find the right player and do we have to wait if we can. So we are current looking right now, though. I wouldn't say we are staying pat. We just haven't signed anybody in the last two days. Wow. that sucks. lol. I would've liked to have him in New Orleans. But, Pierre is nice, and I know we need a short down back still. I don't see why we can't try to hand it off to Heath a bit more in those situations as long as he stays healthy.
