New Orleans Saints General Manager Mickey Loomis announced Thursday that four projected starters - safety Darren Sharper, wide receivers Marques Colston and Robert Meachem and linebacker Clint Ingram - will start training camp on the active-physically unable to perform list. Colston, Sharper and Ingram are all coming off of offseason knee injuries while Meachem had toe surgery in the offseason.
