New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees practiced Wednesday with a brace on his left knee, a device he said provided, "stability and comfort," and he expects to wear it Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Brees said the joint has improved considerably from day to day and he expects to be 100 percent on game day. "It's just sore," he said. "I'm very confident that by game day it will be fine."
