New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has now thrown a touchdown pass in 47 consecutive NFL games, tying him with Johnny Unitas for the longest streak in NFL history.

Brees threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Marques Colston in the first quarter against the Packers to tie the game at 7 apiece. He looks to break the record at home next week against the San Diego Chargers.

Congrats Brees...as long as he's under center I fell we always have a chance. How fitting that he'll break the record against his former team.

Its great, but 0-4 hurts. I'm sure Brees will tell you the same, he's more concerned with the state of the team and winning games.
