Saints running back Pierre Thomas has been ruled out for Sunday's season opener against the Lions. Thomas is still recovering from an MCL sprain suffered in the preseason. Also out are left tackle Jammal Brown (sports hernia, hip) and tight end Darnell Dinkins (ankle/foot).

Will Reggie Bush be available or will it be the Mike Bell show?

Reggie bush will be available and will start. Still expect mike bell to recieve 15 to 20 carries and all goal line carries. Just fyi for fantasy guys.

Mike Bell is the fantasy sleeper of the week. Reggis Bush is a little banged up too and with Pierre Thomas definitely out, there's no sense in over utilizing Bush. He'll probably get some work, but you have to figure against the Lions, they wouldn't want to risk further injury and if Bell can handle the load he'll probably play alot.
