The New Orleans Saints have re-signed veteran cornerback Chris Carr, according to his agent, Buddy Baker. Carr has previous stints with the San Diego Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans and Oakland Raiders. Carr is a quick, sure-tackling cornerback. He doubles as an experience kick returner.
