The New Orleans Saints have re-signed wider receiver Adrian Arrington to practice squad. The team cut wide receiver Montez Billings from the practice squad to make room for him. Arrington was released earlier in the week to make room for new kicker John Carney. Billings was signed as a free agent by the Saints and played college football at Auburn University. "You know, going into this year with me not playing special teams, guys get banged up, I'm going to be odd man out," Arrington said.
