Veteran free agent wide receiver Roy Hall has signed a one-year contract with the New Orleans Saints, according to a league source. The Indianapolis Colts placed Hall on waivers recently. The imposing 6-foot-3, 240-pound former Ohio State fifth round draft pick was selected by the Colts in the 2007 NFL draft. Hall spent his rookie season on injured reserve following a special-teams collision with Houston Texans defensive tackle Cedric Killings during the first half of the season. He caught one pass for nine yards in 2008, registering three special-teams tackles. Source: National Football Post
