New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton said he has not yet decided whether John Carney or Garrett Hartley will handle kicking duties this week against the Carolina Panthers. He said both kickers will be evaluated during the week. "Well, obviously he's been here before. He's a seasoned veteran," Payton said of Carney. "And we'll see how those guys battle during the week and make a decision at the week's end as to who's gonna kick for us. You know, we did this a year ago.
