The Saints have waived undrafted rookie Chris Bell, according to ESPN.com. Bell was waived along with linebacker Jason Beauchamp. In their places, receiver Montez Billings and linebacker Sam Maxwell were signed. Bell has fine talent, but it doesn't seem like he has the makeup to pan out in the NFL. Source: Rototimes.com
