The Seattle Seahawks have claimed wide receiver Raymond Webber off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a league source confirmed on Thursday. Undrafted out of Arkansas Pine-Bluff in 2011, Webber spent the 2011 season on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Webber, who received a $17,500 from the Buccaneers last summer, is signed for the next two seasons at base salaries of $390,000 in 2012 and $555,000 in 2013. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Webber caught 180 passes for 2,376 yards and 16 touchdowns in 33 games at Arkansas Pine-Bluff. As a senior, Webber caught 101 passes for 1,429 yards and 10 touchdowns, leading the FCS in receiving yards and finishing second in receptions per game (9.18). Source: Mac's Football Blog
