The Seattle Seahawks made a minor roster move Tuesday, releasing wide receiver Mike Hass and signing rookie defensive end Derek Walker from the practice squad to the active roster. Hass, a former record-setting receiver at Oregon State, was promoted to the 53-man roster last week amid a flurry of moves in the wake of the lopsided loss in Dallas, but wasn't activated for Sunday's game against Detroit. Walker made the team's original 53-man roster as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois, but was released and then signed to the practice squad after being inactive in the season's first game.
