I got a chance to talk to Walter Jones for a couple minutes at the end of practice, and asked him how the rehabilitation is going from season-ending microfracture surgery on his left knee. Jones, who will not practice this week, said he's continuing to work on strengthening his knee, and is uncertain when he'll be cleared to practice. "Its doing good," Jones said. "Im doing the things Im supposed to be doing right now, so hopefully when its time to go Im ready." Asked if he's concerned whether or not he'll return from the serious injury or perhaps his career might be over, Jones said all he can do is put the work in to get on the field and see what happens. I hope not," Jones said. "But you have to prepare for the reality of things, too. Anything can happen, but all you can do is do the things that they ask of you, and hopefully you can come back strong.
