Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch practiced Friday after sitting out two straight days and is expected to play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Lynch, who carried just eight times for 23 yards Monday against St. Louis, made Seattle's injury report Wednesday and Thursday with what the team said was a knee injury. "He's fine. He feels good," Seahawks coach Pete said Carroll. "His knee was a little sore and we took a look at some stuff, but he came out and was raring to go today." Source: Sports Network SteveRobWhatever's Take: The Seahawks aren't white hot anymore. The injury bug has taken it's toll on them and the 49ers have lessened the gap between the two teams. Seattle should have an easy time over the hapless Buccaneers, but having the Beast in the backfield will certainly make things a whole lot easier.
