The Seahawks announced Monday that they have signed special-teams standout Sean Morey to a multiyear contract. Morey has been a special-teams captain four times during his nine-year NFL career, and he was named to the 2008 Pro Bowl as a Cardinal. Morey comes to Seattle after spending three seasons in Arizona after originally selected by New England in the seventh round of the 1999 NFL Draft, Morey spent the majority of his first two seasons on the Patriots’ practice squad before signing with the Eagles during the 2001 postseason.
