Seattle made the final roster move to reach the league limit of 75 players on the roster by releasing Michael Bumpus, the receiver who had been with the team since he was signed as an undrafted free agent from Washington State.
Bumpus' release shows how much the team has deepened its stock of wide receivers. Injuries not only prompted his arrival on the active roster last season, but he started a game and caught a touchdown pbutt.
