Son Of Lawrence Taylor Arrested For Rape, Child Molestation

Lawrence Taylor Jr., the son of legendary New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor, has been arrested on three counts, including statutory rape, TMZ.com reports.

Taylor Jr. was arrested in Cobb County, Ga. on July 7. He also faces two other felony charges of aggravated child molestation and aggravated statutory sodomy.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, one of Taylor Jr.'s accusers is a 16-year-old girl who claimed he forcibly performed s*x acts on her. The other, also underage, told police that she and Taylor Jr. repeatedly had s*x during February of last year, which built up to the rape charge.

You clearly don't understand the difference between statutory and regular rape. They need no physical evidence, no rape kit. Consensual s*x with a minor = statutory rape.

 

No. Every statutory rape charge is pretty much a he said/she said, and people go down for it all the time. I had a roommate in college who went down on a statutory charge, and has to register as a s*x offender for THE REST OF HIS LIFE because his girlfriend was 16 and he was 18 (both still in HS at the time and had been together since they were 14/16), her parents overheard her on the phone saying something about having slept with the dude, they were so wigged out about their little girl getting roded down that they called the cops, she admitted it happened, they arrested him for statutory on her statement alone, and now a completely normal, non-rapey, contributing member of society has to register and do the neighborhood door-knock every time he moves to a new place.

 

Ask Brian Banks how that worked out for him the last 10 years.

 

yes i do know the difference! they still need proof the act actually took place! now,if they both agreed they had s*x,that would be proof,but if she says they did and he said they did not,there needs to be evidence that it did take place,and for that you need physical evidence! and if this goes to trial,regardless of truth,taylor's lawyer will make her look like she has been screwed more times than a pourn star,and for that reason,it may not make it to trial! i think it is really crapty,but i bet he gets by with it!
