Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton will start Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, an league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Saturday. Skelton's backup was expected to be Richard Bartel as Kevin Kolb continues to recover from a concussion. Kolb had increased his participation in practice late in the week.
