Tight end Heath Miller will begin the regular season on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ active roster. Miller spent all of training camp on the active/physically unable to perform (PUP) list after tearing three ligaments in his right knee in the next-to-last game of last season. The concern was that he would have to be placed on the regular-season PUP list and miss the first six weeks—five games, because of a Week 5 bye—but speculation grew in the final week of the preseason that he would be active for the regular-season opener against Tennessee. He now can rejoin practice, but his status for the first game remains up in the air. Source: Sporting News
Still not planning on seeing him the first few weeks, but would welcome him back in a hot minute. Although Paulson has been a nice surprise this preseason.
