Steelers Putting A Lot Of Work Into Pass Protection

    Pittsburgh is putting a lot of work into pass protection from the running backs as a way to improve overall blocking for the quarterback. Starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was sacked 46 times last year and the Steelers are trying to improve all aspects of their protection in hopes that they can lower that sack total.

    Maybe if they built a brickwall in the backfield he'd only get killed half as much. :icon_cheesygrin:


    Their O-Lines pass protection is woeful. Surely the best idea is to get better players for the O-Line, not just hope their RB's can protect better (because he can only stop 1 blitzer at best).
