With the 18th overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select Florida OG/C Maurkice Pouncey. He is a squatty, quick-footed athlete that can roll his hips to redirect and adjust to movement or sink his hips to hunker down against a powerful bull rush by big nose tackles. He is quick with his first step after the snap and quick to get a fit with his hands but will let his weight get too far forward at times. Pouncey had surgery to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder in May of 2009 and durability could become a concern down the road.

I hear Pouncey is really nervous about having to bend over in front of Ben .

He was needed more than any of the WR's available then.

I want Mays or Spikes in the 2nd round, I really doubt we can land either.

I wouldn't mind Mays and would LOVE Spikes...

Highly doubt either would be there at 20. But with Pouncey, so far so good.
