Super Bowl LII Goes To Minneapolis

    The announcement of where Super Bowl LII would be on Tuesday had many layers to it. There was Indianapolis, who had put together a great experience for the game in 2012. There was New Orleans, who had never lost when being a finalist for the game being 10-for-10. Finally there was Minneapolis, who had not hosted a Super Bowl in over 20 years. Many experts believed that New Orleans would win because of how many times they had already hosted the game.     Will the new stadium in Minneapolis have a roof? If NY was cold, this one will be frozen...

    yes it will but unless you put a roof on that whole city the expericence beyond the game will be brutal.

    There is nothing wrong with giving Minneapolis the game but the NFL must be hoping in a big way that the weather is good all week which isn't likely in Minnesota in February.

    I've always thought every city with a team should host one. Rotate it so it's fair to all that want it. If it's good enough to have regular season game in a stadium, it's good enough for the Super Bowl. I don't give a crap about the money made or lost, or how inconvenient it may be for some.
