One would think that in a couple weeks Evan Engram should start producing more and getting better.. I wouldn't drop him thats for sure.. Saints could limit him but schedule isn't that bad after wards. If you're nervous and want some depth Conklin has start fairly hot but he isn't really that attractive yet.. if he pops off or does well week 4 and 5 I doubt he will still be on your waiver wire.
