I would drop/trade the extra TE and any IDP you aren't going to play week 1. Gronk is your guy you can pick up a plug and play TE week 4. The IDP you can work the wire and get functional guys all year long the positions are deep and outside of the top guys are based on match up. You could be using those slots for potential break out skill positions.
You need to find a 2nd RB that you can lean on. Murray is a great guy to have. But other than that all you have is huge question marks at RB. Like Sampson said I would try and package Thomas and someone to a team that needs a TE, for a RB.
From an IDP standpoint. You have several things to work on LB Von Miller / Jamie Collins / Mychal Kendricks / Khalil Mack / Sio Moore DE Olivier Vernon / Charles Johnson DT Geno Atkins CB Byron Maxwell / DeAngelo Hall S Johnathan Cyprien / T.J. McDonald / Eric Berry Your LB's are good. Especially Jamie Collins and Kendricks (Von Miller and Mack are more big play guys, which your settings are more in between) DE. Please post the top free agents left. Both Olivier Vernon and Johnson are middle of the pack guys DT. Also please post the free agents. I like Geno Atkins but feel like I can find you a better guy. (is Aaron Donald available?) CB. This is where you need the most help! Your CB are not up to par. Please post them and let me know who is available. I am worried about both your guys here S. You are good, but I am not sure at this point Eric Berry is even worth a roster spot! But between Cyprien and McDonald you are fine, would rather pick up a CB to help or a DT.
at DT either stay with Geno Atkins At CB D.Hall is injured if you can keep him great. If not It is between Malcom Butler and Darius Slay (But those are terrible picks) very thin... post your LB's waiver there are some nice sleepers there./
I'm in trade negotiations for DE Tuitt - They are after a LB (Malcolm Smith) or a S (Will Allen). Thoughts?
they would be too expensive.. See if he sells Kuechly. He's got some nice RB's but I doubt he budges on Kuechly. I love his Safeties.
Okay check this out. You need to wait one more week. Gronk is on Bye and Juluis is injured. But next week. He clearly needs TE help. Package Julius and Will Allen for a the following package Tuitt and one of his safeties. See if sells Alfred Morris too. (try that.) What are you doing this week at TE?

Morris is not a great buy.. but I am just seeing what package we can do. I would wait one week to trade with this guy. Your strength is TE! use it to trade
