Gators coach Urban Meyer is looking to the NFL ranks for a replacement for defensive coordinator George Edwards, who split after a month at Florida to become the defensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills. The Gators will meet with Arizona Cardinals defensive backs coach Teryl Austin for the job, probably on Wednesday, according to a league source. Austin crossed paths with Meyer when he was the secondary coach at Michigan from 1999 to 2002 and Meyer was the wide receivers coach at Notre Dame. Source: National Football Post
