Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak is expected to make his return to the sideline sooner rather than later after a health scare on Sunday night, as John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports Kubiak has been cleared to return to his home and is expected to rejoin the team in Week 11.

With an impending return in Week 11, Kubiak is expected to miss the team's Week 10 road-trip to play the Arizona Cardinals.

SteveRobWhatever's Take: Wade Phillips will man the controls this week in Kubiak's absence. Phillips, 66, has coached five other teams, including the Cowboys and Bills. He holds an 82-61 career record. That was a scary scene in Houston the other night, and it's good to hear he's getting the green light to go back home. This could have been a whole lot worse.

It's good to hear Kubiak is going to be ok. I don't think taking atleast a week or two off is a bad thing but i'm not a doctor.
