Houston Texans linebacker Brian Cushing won the re-vote to retain his NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award. However, he's no longer a second-team All-Pro selection. According to the Houston Chronicle, Cushing only got one vote this time in the All-Pro balloting. He got five All-Pro votes last January. "I'm very, very happy that I was able to keep the award," Cushing told the Chronicle. "A lot of voters stuck with me, and I really appreciate that... It's been tough. I'm glad this part is over."
