Darryl Sharpton was limited to seven regular-season games last season and didn’t take the field until Week 11. The fourth-year linebacker then missed the Texans’ final preseason contest and regular season-opener this year, dealing with concussion effects and staying in Houston while his team traveled to San Diego.
