The Texans continue to address their needs on both sides of the ball heading into the 2009 NFL Draft. On Tuesday, the team re-signed tackle Rashad Butler, a restricted free agent. Butler (6-4, 309) should replace Ephraim Salaam, who was released on Feb. 25, as the Texans’ swing tackle behind starters Duane Brown and Eric Winston. The Texans claimed Butler off waivers from the Carolina Panthers in 2007.
