The Texans continue to address their needs on both sides of the ball heading into the 2009 NFL Draft. On Tuesday, the team re-signed tackle Rashad Butler, a restricted free agent. Butler (6-4, 309) should replace Ephraim Salaam, who was released on Feb. 25, as the Texans’ swing tackle behind starters Duane Brown and Eric Winston.
