The Houston Texans have re-signed veteran offensive tackle Ephraim Salaam, according to his marketing representatives. Late last season, Salaam was added as a precautionary measure when offensive tackle Duane Brown was dealing with a knee injury. Salaam, 34, had a previous two-year stint with the Texans. He was cut by the Detroit Lions last season. The 6-foot-7, 310-pounder has also played for the Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Denver Broncos. Source: The National Football Post
