The Houston Texans have re-signed veteran free agent wide receiver Kevin Walter, inking him to a five-year contract with a total value in excess of $21 milllion, according to NFL sources. Walter goes back to the Texans where he has been a highly effective receiver opposite star wideout Andre Johnson.
