I'm calling the Texans for the upset :icon_cool:

 

Steelers should win this but for some reason...the Texans ahve always given the Steelers a hard time. I see the Steelers winning by 7....maybe 10 but it'll be closer than the scoreboard shows. Biggest thing will be keeping Andre Johnson corraled.

 

Got to take my boys here, if we can't win this week 1 game then we are in for a horrible year because this is easily the easiest game on our schedule outside of division play. Offensive line needs to holdup so we can have some good offensive drives and the defense will do what they are supposed to.

I agree with you Dougerrrr...the Texans always play Pittsburgh tough and I would not be shocked if they pulled an upset, but I think it's going to go the Steelers way this week. I think the major thing they have to do as a team, more than corrall Andre Johnson is keep Mario Williams in check and away from Big Ben. I think Willie and Holmes have big games this week.

The rivalry from the old Oiler vs Steeler days... I luv it.

Remember Houston did go to Pitts once and beat them with a sub par oline and strong secondary.
If Houston really was withholding their best for the season then I expect Houston to pull a Blitzzburg and play smash mouth Gridiron.
Look for the Oline to hold and give up maybe 1 sack if that, yeah I'm a homer that hasn't seen the home team in the playoffs for more than 10 + years.
IT's time !! When the Texans upset the Steelers on Sunday this fairweather city will rise up & the true Houston Diehards will be putting these tricks in check!

last time we played them was the season opener in 05....in houston in 110 degrees and we massacred them if i remember correct. they really havent been around long enough to always give us trouble lol.

steelers win big, the slaton/taylor/green trio wont be able to move and ike is one of the corners in the league big enough to match up with johnson
