Foles and Some Numbers - Tommy Lawlor, Iggles Blitz
Let’s appreciate Nick Foles by taking a look at some stats. We all know stats don’t tell the whole story. Numbers can be manipulated. But they can paint a pretty good picture. Plus, they’re fun.

Foles Readies For Perfect Ending - Dave Spadaro, PE.com
Isn't it remarkable how this has all worked out for Nick Foles? His journey to this point has been one cultivated by hard work, confidence, belief in himself and in those around him. One year ago Foles was sidelined with a broken hand after finishing his season one week prior to the end of the 2012 campaign, and the thinking was that he "could" be a quarterback around whom the Eagles could build. The talk of "future franchise quarterback" has been replaced by the present for Foles, and for the Eagles. They are 9-6 and preparing for Sunday night's game at Dallas, and Foles has the NFL's top passer rating.

Will the real Eagles please show up? - Les Bowen, Inquirer
SOMETHING LeSean McCoy said on Christmas Eve about this Eagles-Cowboys matchup on Sunday resonated, even beyond what the NFL's leading rusher might have intended. McCoy was asked about the Dallas defense, and he replied with the customary mild praise. Then he said: "I don't think it's really a matter of how well Dallas does on defense. It's more the [Eagles'] offense. The playmakers we have on this offense - DeSean Jackson, myself, Nick [Foles] and the other guys - if we just play smart, we play ball together, we should be fine."

Eagles' D having remarkable success vs. top WRs - Reuben Frank, CSN Philly
They’re the very best the league has to offer. The biggest, the toughest, the strongest, the fastest. And, somehow, the Eagles handle them. Week after week, the Eagles faced stud wide receivers, and week after week, they’ve emerged relatively unscathed.

    The 700 Level’s 25 favorite Philly wins (and ten least-favorite losses) of 2013 - T7L
It wasn’t long ago that our year-end lists of best and worst Philly games of the year were chock full of things like playoff clinchers, post-season upsets, and crushing losses when a championship legitimately seemed in reach. Sad to say, the stakes for sports in the city of Philadelphia were a lot lower in 2013, a calendar year in which none of our professional teams reached the second season, or even came particularly close to doing so. Still, even in a year with no playoffs (March Madness aside), there were plenty of highs and lows to experience in the City of Brotherly Love–miracle comebacks, fluky beast performances, inspiring wins that made it all worthwhile and gut-punching losses that made you wonder why you even bother. You don’t need the post-season to remind you of everything you love and hate about being a Philly sports fan.

Happen to agree with the majority of this take. Sounds like the "obvious", but whether Romo plays or not (and I think the 'Boys have a better shot with Orton) I just don't see the "Boys defense having a grand epiphany and shutting down Foles and company. Eagles 34 - 17.
