The Official Giants Discussion Thread.

Alright, everyone let's discuss the domination that is the Giants, or not. So I have loved the Giants forever and thought that everyone should know that despite my user name. So there are many concerns going into the off season, for one thing, our secondary, got shredded to many times to count last season, and we have made 0 upgrades in the offseason. Also, Reggie Torbor and Gibril Wilson are gone. Both very replaceable but both were solid players.

So, one thing that still isn't for sure is the situation of Michael Strahan, whether he's leaving or whether he is staying. I for one would like to see the man go out on top, he's already in the Hall Of Fame and got assured his spot by getting his SB ring. I kind of want him to go so that Tuck can move into that spot, but then again I want Tuck to keep moving around because that's what made him so successful.

Forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere, but is Michael Strahan coming back next season?

 

I hope so

 

He hasn't made a public announcement about that yet. Some of his teammates think he'll retire. Honestly, with the Giants winning the super bowl, this would be the perfect way for Strahan to end his playing career, a super bowl champion.

 

He is coming back I believe. He is working out with the team. He wants more money in his contract which I don't see us giving him but he is probably going to play this year under contract and then retire.

 

Didn't Strahan want more money last year?

 

Yep, cause his wife took all of his money.
