Things That Are Missing Since The Knucklehead Launch

I've noticed:

• There are no "page numbers" under the threads in each forum.
• Tapatalk isn't activated

 

I'll bring this up with Kurt and maybe email Steve to.

What is Tapatalk? I never heard of it.

 

Morning Greg...Tapatalk is an application to allow access to Internet forums on mobile devices,

 

related, but unrelated.

the black background steve had installed previously. the white is too much.

some sort of altertantive background would be appreciated.

 

It's a mobile app that allows members to post, reply and moderate threads via the iPhone/android phones. Huge asset IMO.

 

There will be some bugs and things that need to be fixed. Having the place around is a good step.

I'll have to see if we can get these things fixed. It might take a little bit, but we'll try our best to fix what needs to be fixed.

I'm sure Steve will lend a hand here and there since he's free'd up a bit more now.

 

Image resizing (resize images that are too large to a specific dimension)

And the duplicate threads that were made when SRW had the GIF reset a few days back.

1. Where is the problem with the page numbers happening? I am not seeing that issue on my end.
2. The folks at FantasyKnuckleheads will need to register Tapatalk for the forum in their names, then install the modification.

What duplicate threads are you referring to?

 

Tthe page numbers aren't showing up for the threads. So if I click "Unread posts" the topics show up, but if there are 42 replies, there's no option to go to a specific page. I have to click the topic and it takes me to the first page, then I have to click the number of the most recent page or whatever.

 

There were page numbers under each thread so you could click on the last page to go into the thread...now we have to click thread, go to first page and then click the last page.

 

I always click the "new" link. It sends me to the first unread post.

 

No forums link? I am not sure what you mean....

Staff forum is back, let me know if you have any issues with access.

Team icons have been added again.

In the menu bar. There used to be a link to go straight to the forums page.

 

You can click on the GridironFans.com logo to do the same thing. There is no real need for the top menu bar anymore since the site is now just another generic forum.

The ones that were made during the reset. From the ones I started there's the Walking Dead discussion thread and my Power Rankings thread. There may be others but those are the 2 I know. They don't have to be merged though, just was throwing that one out there.

 

That's something the current staff can take care of. Feel free to send the mods of those forums the links of threads you wanted edited/merged.
