Thank's to all for the welcome! Sweets introduced me to GIF and invited me to join...I happily accepted her invite! I'm not one to join and participate in several websites at once, rather selective with a few l feel are the best, and that I'll enjoy participating with related to my interests. I don't participate with a website of which covers the entire NFL, therefore, it's my pleasure to be introduced to GIF. I'm an active member of Chiefs Crowd, related to the Chiefs specifically. As with millions of others, I also participate with Facebook, joining my family and a variety of friends with a vast array of personalities and lifestyles. I assume this thread to be somewhat a 'get to know me' thread...I'm 53 years young!..."roll on roller coaster, and I'm still having a good time!" I have two adult children, a daughter and a son...both married, and 2 grand-children, 2 step-grandchildren. I was married once...married my high school sweetheart, but life changes people sometimes, I divorced as a result. I love dogs, and consider mine members of my family...my current are Dakota, a Black Lab adopted from the shelter when he was 2, now 5...and Sunny (Sundance), a Shep mix adopted from the shelter as a pup, he's now 11. A passion besides my Chiefs and the NFL, is music, specifically Rock n Roll, haha...although I'm not musically narrowminded and do enjoy a variety of genres. My favorite artist is a bit controversial at times, he's been my favorite since 2000...Kid Rock. His band, Twisted Brown Trucker, is my favorite band. Lastly, I retired from my career's and business'...Interior Design and Baker, and began pursing another career interest since childhood...writing short stories, blurbs, philosophical life quotes. As a writer, my website posts are typically more in depth naturally, please have patience, haha. :) If there's anything else any wish to know about me...simply ask! :)
